NYSERDA's proposed Systems Benefit Charge modifications (includes information on proposed new funding programs)

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) recently submitted a proposal to renew and modify the System Benefits Charge (SBC) programs currently operated by NYSERDA. The New York State Department of Public Service (DPS) has initiated a proceeding and assigned case number 10-M-0457.
